Enjoy Nut Free Coconut Lemon “Cheesecake” treats without having to turn on the oven. These are Raw Vegan and only take minutes to prepare. Happy Spring!
For this recipe, I wanted to make something Julian could enjoy. He loves cheesecake, but all the Vegan “Cheesecake” recipes are made with Cashews. On this beautiful day, I set out to create a nut free treat. I think, the Coconut Lemon Combo is perfect:)
To begin with, I used Flax Meal and Coconut Oil for the Crust. It’s easy to make in a small bowl. And the bulk of the muffins are Shredded Coconut and Lemon Juice. For sweetener, Maple Syrup does the trick, but you could also use Stevia to save calories.
So in this post, I mentioned that meditation has shaped my life. Today, I want to share with you my top 10 Guided Mediations on Youtube:
Positive Thinking Mediation
6 phase Guided Mediation
Healing the Body, Mind and Spirit
Morning Chakra Meditation
Guided Meditation for the Morning
Complete Body Healing
Bring Angels into the Room
Meditation for a Light Filled Body
A Healing Intention for Sending Healing to Others
Positive Energy Guided Meditation Through Positive Thinking
Why Youtube? For starters, it’s free! Fortunately, I did not have to pay for the 8 Week Mindfulness Course I took last year. Kate Munding is an amazing facilitator and I feel so blessed that I was able to participate.
When the course was done, I looked around for other Guided Meditations and that’s when I stumbled upon Youtube. And people post some high quality videos! You’ll find soothing, calming voices and loving words that will infuse the body and mind. As such, my favorite channels are Linda Hall, The Mindful Movement and Power Thoughts Meditation Club. Let me know if you do a guided mediation and how it went. I’d love to hear about it:))
